4. Refunds & Payments
All payments must be made in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prepaid plans are non-refundable. Refunds are only available as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Clients must contact us directly to resolve billing concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks are prohibited.
